I long to visit this place. We had a stop over at the airport one time. The pilot flew above the city and I saw the Douro below, with the boats and the glorious red roofed buildings clinging to her banks. I had seen photographs many times, the reality made me emotional.

One of these days Sheila, when our trials and tribulations slow down a bit, I hope to show you the city and also one of my favorites, Guimaraes.
From there we will take N103......
